It’s National Social Work Month which means we get to celebrate the amazing, strong, & joy-filled team of social workers at CFH!

From home visits to goal-setting and budgeting to being a calm and trusted presence, our social workers meet families exactly where they are and provide a launch pad for their futures.

Kelly started working as a Resident Assistant at Plaza Place family shelter before CFH even had its name! For the past two decades she’s been one of the first smiling faces families see when they walk through our doors.

Kelly, we are SO grateful for your light & for all you do to make Plaza Place the welcoming home that it is 💛
