Named in honor of Centralina’s former Executive Director, this award recognizes local government leaders who exemplify outstanding leadership, excellence in government and the highest ethical standards while inspiring positive change in their communities and across the region.

Throughout more than 25 years of public service, and particularly in his role as Union County Manager, Brian has demonstrated the forward-thinking leadership this award was created to honor. By prioritizing long-term economic growth, infrastructure investments, organizational excellence and strong regional partnerships, he has helped position Union County for continued success while strengthening the communities it serves.
