If you haven’t heard, our sister apartment community, Vera at Savona Mill, is growing! 👀

After completing Phase 1 in late 2024, and already nearing full capacity, Vera is getting ready for Phase 2, with plans to break ground by the end of 2026.

The next phase will bring 330 new residences across four buildings, including a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, plus eight townhome pads. Residents can also look forward to another pool, clubroom, fitness center and coworking space.

Once complete, the site will have grown into an approximately 8-acres. Phase 2 is currently expected to wrap up in Q2 2028.

More neighbors, more amenities and more growth to come!
