Happy Election Day! Congrats to all the candidates both on the ballot and those who have already made it to the ballot for November. Campaigns are hard work and very time consuming. Thank you for stepping up to serve.
As I have always stressed, go vote! It’s your right and a lot of people have sacrificed greatly to give you that right!
I’ve had a goal for my military career. More than obtaining any certain rank I have wanted to serve as a Military Judge.
Last year when I was selected as an Adjunct Professor at the JAG School I was hopeful that it put me one step closer to achieving my goal.
Tonight I learned that I was selected to serve as a Military Judge!
I have had some great leaders, mentors, friends and colleagues along the way and I cant thank them enough for their support towards this goal.
I wouldn’t even be able to serve if it wasn’t for the support and understanding of my wife and kids, so thank you to them as well!
***To clarify, this is a reserve judge position, so I continue to serve in my civilian job too!!****
