Every August I travel from school to school bringing an ALL TIME favorite class: Waterworks! In this fun filled class children explore water flow, buoyancy, volume/capacity, absorption, measuring, pouring, transferring, cause/effect and much more. Most of all, children have FUN while LEARNING! Thank you to Lightbridge Academy for including Fiddlestix Kids Learning, LLC in your summer programming!💜💜

Start a new Holiday Advent Tradition with your children that combines learning and fun all in one.....Read Your Way to Christmas! Here's how it works....wrap 25 books and let your child unwrap a book each night and read it together. I wrapped all Christmas themed books but they don't have to be....you can wrap books you already have and throw a few new ones in here and there! It's fun to make Dec. 24th's book "T'was the Night Before Christmas" or "The Nativity Story." If you have older children wrap a new Christmas themed chapter book and read a few chapters together each night. If wrapping 25 books makes you cringe.....use gift bags or start later in the month! Multiply the learning by asking questions about the books you read and making comparsion between them. This is a great way to get your children excited about reading!
