Summer is almost here, and that means more time on the water, outdoors, and making memories with family and friends. ☀️🚤

Before summer officially kicks off, local boy scouts had the opportunity to enjoy some fun while learning important boating safety tips from Mecklenburg County ABC Law Enforcement at the Joshua Murray Boating Safety Center.

From life jacket awareness to safe practices on the water, these lessons help ensure that summer adventures stay safe and enjoyable for everyone. A special thank you to our law enforcement team and community partners who continue investing in education, prevention, and positive experiences for our youth. Together, we're helping build safer communities—one conversation at a time.
