The Change of Command is a time-honored tradition where the torch of leadership and authority is passed from one commander to the next. On 30 May, Colonel Jeffrey W. Pickler
relinquished command of the 1st Infantry Division Artillery to
Colonel Patrick H. Kaine during a ceremony on Cavalry Parade Field.
We wish Col. Pickler the best in his next endeavor and welcome Col. Kaine to the family!
