9-18-26 Graduation

Sept. 18, 2026 we had several graduate from various programs, some doubled down and graduated from 2 different programs. We had some who completed their GED, Moral Reconation Therapy “MRT”, Thinking For A Change “TFC” and recovery skills. Big shout out to the participants and family members who supported them. As always we can’t do it without the staff who see that everyone is where they need to be and the volunteers who help teach the classes.

Tore out and removed water damaged material in the office area of the Help Center. Room was cleaned and sealed. Crew did a great job!

Getting to help with these projects gives the men a sense of purpose to know they are doing what’s right. It also saves money for the Help Center so they can focus funds where needed. This crew not only does litter pick up (which should happen when people litter) they do indoor when weather is an issue and can’t work outside. I’m very proud of them and the deputies who oversee the day to day. Rock on!

The Wall came to town and the Jail Industries crew had the opportunity/privilege to be a part of the assembly. The amount of work these guys do in the community to help out is unmeasurable. Being on these crews, not only give them an opportunity to reduce their sentence, but also get out and be a productive part of the community.
