Bingocize is an evidence -based health and promotion program that is designed for older adults. It combines the game of bingo with light exercises. It also provides health education with healthy tips that supports overall wellness. It is beneficial to older adults by helping them reduce falls, gain lower body muscle strength and balance.

JABA Aging Services Coordinators help you age in place by setting goals, creating action plans, and working towards them with you.

ASCs identify goals for each case and use tools to create manageable action plans to reach them.
ASC Goal Examples:
- Health and wellness.
- Home accessibility.
- Nutrition & food access.
- Financial relief.

ASCs work toward goals by navigating complex systems and partner agency resources.
- Assist with benefits and services applications.
- Manage obstacles.
- Follow up with community partners to move forward.
- Celebrate the wins.

ASCs are dedicated to providing additional resources as needs change and are eager to reopen a case that needs more work.
