When was the last time you set aside a little time just for yourself?

At The Women's Initiative, Craniosacral Gentle Touch offers a quiet, one-on-one experience focused on relaxation and well-being. During each 30-minute session, you'll rest fully clothed on a massage table while the practitioner uses gentle, light touch.

Sessions, which are held Wednesdays from 1-4:30pm, are led by Amina Stevens and are open to women and members of the gender-expansive community.

Please call 434.872.0047 to schedule a session.

Today, we recognize World Mental Health Day and the importance of listening to people with lived experience of mental health conditions.

This year’s theme, “Lived Experiences Heard: Real Voices, Real Change,” highlights the importance of ensuring people’s voices are heard and their experiences help shape the mental health care they receive.

At TWI, we believe everyone deserves to have their experiences respected and to feel heard when seeking support. Through our counseling services and programs, we work to provide care that responds to each person's needs.
