Every time it rains, stormwater can wash fertilizers, pet waste, and harmful chemicals from our yards into local streams and rivers. Installing a rain barrel at home is an effective way to reduce this pollution while also conserving water.

Join our partners at the James River Association, the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission, and the Thomas Jefferson Soil & Water Conservation District for a rain barrel workshop at the James River Brewery, 561 Valley St, Scottsville, VA on Thursday, October 22, at 6 pm.
