PLEASE STOP PARKING IN THE ALLEYWAY BETWEEN GINOS AND THE OLD POLICE STATION

When we have calls, some members have to park behind the station. If we turn into the alleyway to get to the station and it is blocked by someone getting their food, we can not get to our parking lot to get into the station.

We know the food at Gino’s is great, but the signs in the alleyway that say “No Parking” are there for a reason.

Our fire department family has grown by one more.

Congrats to FF Greg Sizemore and his wife, Christine on the birth of their daughter Annabelle!

And if anyone is counting that is 5 new additions to our fire department family in less than a year, so if you’re passing by and stop at our station don’t drink the water.

🚒🔥 FIRE PREVENTION WEEK AT CENTENARY PRESCHOOL! 🔥🚒

Assistant Chief Anderson and Vice President Anderson had a great time visiting the kids at Centenary Preschool to talk all about fire prevention and fire safety! 👩‍🚒👨‍🚒

One of the most important lessons was learning that firefighters are there to help—not to be scared of! The kids got to see our firefighters in their full protective gear and learn that, if there is ever a fire, they should stay calm and listen to the firefighters.

We love getting out into our community and helping teach our youngest citizens how to Stop, Drop & Roll, know two ways out, practice fire drills, and never hide from firefighters. ❤️🚒

A big thank you to Centenary Preschool for having us! We had a blast spending time with these little future firefighters! 🧯🔥👨‍🚒
