The CCS FFA and the Cornell BOOST Program are partnering with Centenary Church in Malone to collect donations of new or gently used winter clothing to help keep community members warm this winter.

We are accepting coats, jackets, hats, gloves, and scarves to support those in need during the upcoming winter season. Donation boxes are located in the Elementary and High School offices.

Every donation makes a difference! Help us spread warmth and kindness throughout our community this holiday season. ❤️

From Dr. I: It has been a busy week in the CCS band room!

Our college-level Music Appreciation class has been exploring woodwind instruments. Students have been taking instruments apart, learning how they work, and making sounds on different woodwind instruments.

One of our seniors has been working with the 5th graders for her senior project, and the 5th grade band is getting ready for their December concert! They sound great after only three rehearsals with instruments!

Keep up the great work, Bulldogs!

From Mrs. Brooks: Junk Box Wars is a mystery engineering/STEM challenge where students are given a random assortment of recycled or repurposed materials to complete an assigned task.

Thursday’s Junk Box Wars challenge had a spooky twist! A zombie invasion took over the classroom, and students had to work together to build a catapult capable of launching candy corn pumpkins at zombie targets to help them escape the horde!

Congratulations to the winning teams:
- Patrick Calnon & Carson Preve
- Ian Barney & Johnny Jeror
