A few of our young men from Rancho’s Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Program recently had the opportunity to attend the charity fair hosted by Los Angeles Department of Water & Power and their associates. 🥳

The event gave Rancho the chance to personally thank LADWP and its associates for their generous support of our TAY program, while also creating space for these young men to share their experiences and educate attendees about the program and its impact.

What an incredible opportunity for connection and advocacy. Thank you for investing in our youth and helping create pathways for future success. We hope to see everyone again next year! ✨

Caps off to two incredible members of the Rancho family! 🎓

Today, Rancho staff had the honor of attending the Black Graduation Ceremony at California State University, Northridge celebrating Black excellence, resilience, and achievement.

Please join us in congratulating Jordan (from our TAY Program) on earning his Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, and Tosha (one of our dedicated staff members) on earning her Master’s in Social Work. ❤️

Your hard work, perseverance, and passion continue to inspire our community. We couldn’t be more proud of you both and all of our 2026 graduates. The future is bright! 🌟

Check Out Rancho's Wellness Station!

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, wellness goodies were available for staff to enjoy.

We invited staff to stop by and pick out a few items to support their wellness throughout the day — including tea bags, trail mix, granola bars, chapstick, face masks, collagen eye masks, and more.

All items were provided to encourage calmness, relaxation, positivity, and self-care because mental health matters.

This year highlights the importance of community, connection, and supporting one another through everyday acts of care. Sometimes creating a better day can start with something small... a pause, a snack, a warm cup of tea, or simply knowing you are supported.

Thank you for all that you do for our youth, families, and each other every day. 💚
