Survive Alive is Chattanooga's first interactive Halloween hayride style attraction where participants shoot unarmed zombies with paintball guns. Q: Is it dark?
Operation Survive Alive
Unknown to the public, the government has been using Insane Paintball/Airsoft’s facility in Chattanooga as a top secret location to develop a super human soldier prototype. Recently, testing has gone terribly wrong and the city is faced with a potential mass catastrophe. The military’s secret testing is now a public crisis and all of the soldiers, scientists, and others in
volved who have come in contact with this procedure have been exposed to a chemical that has mutated into a virus. This virus causes death and then raises the dead into flesh eating zombies! The military has quarantined the area containing the virus, but all of the special operators who have entered the infected zone have not made it out alive. With resources running low, the government has asked us to call on recruits like you to gear up on our Zombie Fighting Vehicles (ZFV), and help eliminate this outbreak before it spreads. The zombies do not shoot back, but they do want your flesh! Codenamed Operation Survive Alive, you will shoot these zombies using paintballs filled with a zombie killing formula and finally wipe them out permanently before the entire city is turned into a mass of risen dead! Do you have what it takes to join the force, get out, and Survive Alive? What, When, Where:

Q: Is there an age/height limit? A: There is not a specific minimum age limit but we recommend that no one under 48 inches ride so that shooters can easily reach the gun and sit safely in the seat. Riders are not allowed to sit in laps of others so they must be able to operate their own gun and follow safety instructions. This ride may be too intense for younger children but that is the discretion of the parents. Riders under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Q: Do I get shot at? A: No, the zombies will not be shooting back at you, but we do require a set of safety goggles to be worn by every rider to protect your eyes in case of any splatter, etc. This is to ensure everyone’s safety while firing the guns. Q: Do I have to have paintball experience? A: No, this ride is designed for anyone who wants to experience shooting a paintball gun. The guns are mounted to the hayride style trailer (Zombie Fighting Vehicle – ZFV) and swivel so that you can shoot the zombies. Q: Can I bring my own paintball gun or paintballs? A: No, only paintball guns and paintballs that we provide are allowed to be used. Our guns are mounted to the trailer for everyone’s safety and our paintballs will glow like tracers so they can be seen when shot. Q: What should I wear? A: Dress appropriately for the temperature and if the weather is rainy we recommend bringing a rain jacket or poncho. The main line area is indoors but the ride is outdoors. To be safe, we recommend wearing clothing you would not mind accidental paint splatter to get on but it should wash off with no problem. Most likely you will not get anything on your clothes at all. Insane Paintball/Survive Alive is not responsible for clothing that gets dirty or damaged. Q: Can I quit in the middle of the ride? A: Sorry but once you are on the ride you can not get off unless there is an emergency and the ride needs to be stopped. Q: How many people are on each Zombie FightingVehicle (ZFV)? A: 10 riders/shooters will be on each Zombie Fighting Vehicle (trailer). Groups larger than ten will have to be split up. Q: How long does the ride last? A: Approximately 15 minutes including loading/unloading the vehicle. Q: Is Survive Alive wheelchair accessible? A: Unfortunately due to the ride being on a trailer it is not wheelchair accessible but we will be happy to let customers in wheelchairs get on to the trailer if they are capable of getting out of the chair and able to sit upright without a seat back. A: The trailer will have lights shining towards the zombies and there will be lighting on many of the buildings as well as strobe lights, black lights, colored lighting, etc. It will be low light. Q: If I have health issues or am pregnant can I still ride? A: For your safety, if you are prone to seizures, have back or heart problems, we ask that you do not participate in Survive Alive. If pregnant use extreme caution and consult your doctor before participating. Q: If I don’t get scared easily will I still enjoy Survive Alive? A: We hope so! If you enjoy shooting zombies you should still have fun. Q: If I get scared easily should I participate in Survive Alive? A: We would love for you to help wipe out the zombies regardless of how scared you get. It is very much like a video game. They will not get very close to you and since you are on a trailer you do not have to worry about being alone or getting lost. Other Important Information:
