Meet April's Emerging Leader of the Month, Tim Moore, Director of Communication at Proof Bar & Incubator!

How did you get involved with United Way's Emerging Leaders?
-I was invited by a former teammate from where I previously worked, who told me it is a great opportunity to both meet other young professionals and give back at the same time!

What do you appreciate about United Way's Emerging Leaders?
-Every time I have the chance to connect with others who are part of Emerging Leaders, I am inspired to think about how and where I can do more to support the community.

What are you passionate about when it comes to supporting the community?
-I personally get so excited about education and just about anything related to health and recreation!

What do you do in your free time?
-I love to cook and be outside, whether it's trail running, kayaking, or just simply soaking up the sun in our backyard.

Where is your favorite place to eat in Chattanooga, and why?
-It may come as no surprise that it's Proof Bar & Incubator! We provide a low-barrier opportunity for chefs to test restaurant concepts before launching permanent ventures. I love that in one dining experience you can try such a wide range of food and ultimately support up-and-coming concepts in the area.
