This week, we held our inaugural Strategy Ex*****on class at our on-site training facility. ♟️ Led by Major General Vinny Boles, USA (Ret.), and Wes Kelley, CEO of Huntsville Utilities, participants learned about leadership from both public power and military logistics to examine why ex*****on stalls and what leaders can do about it.

They developed skills to identify the factors that can impact a strategy's success, apply people-centered leadership practices, and define clear measures of success. Big thanks to our engaged participants and to these two expert instructors for leading this class.
