We will be having the Fire/ Rescue
Open House
Saturday August 1st from 11am-2pm
We'll be serving hot dogs and tasty treats, and members of the Fire Department will be on hand to give tours of the station, demonstrate the equipment, and answer your questions.
Kids will have the opportunity to learn about fire safety and even try using a fire extinguisher to put out a practice fire under the guidance of our firefighters.
Representatives from the Building Committee will also be available to discuss plans for the new fire station and town office, answer questions, and share information about the project.
We'll have informative pamphlets available for both adults and children, and Hats, stickers, and water bottles will be available for purchase while supplies last.
We'll also be raffling off a variety of items generously donated by local businesses and community members, giving you a chance to win some great local prizes while supporting this exciting department.
There's something for everyone, so bring the whole family! We hope you'll stop by, enjoy some great food, meet your local firefighters, learn about the future of our community, and spend a fun and informative day with friends and neighbors.
