With 30 years of dedicated service in the corrections profession and more than a decade of leadership here in Kent County, Captain Wallace continues to set the standard for professionalism, integrity, and commitment. His work overseeing the Medical Assistance Program (M.A.T.), serving as a PREA Investigator, managing Pre‑Trial and Home Detention Programs, and fulfilling critical investigative duties reflects both his expertise and his deep care for the safety and well‑being of our community.

Captain Wallace’s leadership strengthens the Detention Center every day, and his contributions have earned the respect and appreciation of colleagues across the department.
