All fiber artists are invited to get creative in good company! Knitting, crocheting, cross-stitch, hand sewing, embroidery, and more are welcome – if you can transport your project, we'd love for you to join us.

Bring your project-in-process or let us teach you the basics of crocheting or machine sewing using KCPL's brand new sewing machines and yarn art tools that are being added to the Library of Things. Huge thanks to Chestertown RiverArts for joining us to help people get started with this new equipment.

Our first Paws for Reading program was a huge success! 17 kids and teens enjoyed one-on-one time with trained canine reading buddies from Pets on Wheels of Delmarva and made autumnal crafts while waiting for their reading session.
