Chris Rabb For Congress 02/20/2026

Today, I announced that *I am all in* on this race for Congress and will not seek re-election to the state legislature.

Our campaign for Congress is stronger than ever. This week, we achieved the historic milestone of 1,000 petition signatures in just 12 hours, the fastest of any candidate in this Commonwealth!

Every day, grassroots support is growing as voters across Philadelphia are making their voices heard to say we need a real working families champion in Congress.

I’m not hedging my bets and am fully committed to representing you — and all communites of righteous struggle — in Congress!

It’s been the honor of a lifetime to serve Philadelphia families across the 200th legislative district since 2017, and I’m proud to reach this moment where it’s time to pass the torch.

I’ll be working with my fellow progressive leaders and advocates to ensure this seat continues to be held by a true champion for Philadelphia’s working families so that your voice continues to be heard both in Harrisburg and in Washington.

Onward to collective victory on May 19 and beyond!

“There was no evidence in the immediate aftermath of the election of an organized public pressure campaign to push either leader to step down – even from their critics.

“‘Asking for Brady to step down is akin to banning fax machines,’ said state Rep. Chris Rabb, a Democrat and longtime critic of the party. Rabb’s argument is the party hasn’t been an effective turnout machine for decades, so changing who’s in charge likely won’t change the output.”

As the saying goes, “That which does not kill us, defines us.”

We who believe in justice are an embattled community of struggle that will nonetheless continue to rise to the moment — because that is our history and our indefatigable duty.

We must resist, persist and reimagine a bold path toward mass liberation and shared prosperity!
