The Army ROTC Illinois State Tuition Waiver (ISTW) Scholarship is a way for high school students to earn a 1 year 100% tuition scholarship to an Illinois university with an ROTC program. The student will participate in ROTC classes and physical training without having to commit and contract with ROTC or the military. This is great way to see if military service and leadership are right for you and your future!
