The Marines have been at the forefront of every American conflict since the founding of the Corps. Many veterans find it hard to ask for help, but Tom saw that asking for help is a strength that is often underestimated.

We were honored to support Tom in his time of need. Tom, a 76-year-old veteran of the United States Marines, was granted assistance from the Illinois Homeowner Assistance Fund Grant (ILHAF) for both mortgage arrears and Homeowner Association dues.

We recognize that what brings clients like Tom through our doors is never truly one thing or one setback. We help clients apply for benefits, access low-income energy assistance programs, and supplement nutrition assistance programs, and we take a lot of stress off of them.
