Chicago Notary Services

We charge $1 per notarized petition sheet with a minimum of 25 sheets per visit. One of our notaries will travel to your petition event mornings, evenings, and weekends.

We know how Chicago and Illinois campaigns work and follow the rules. Anyone we notarize for has to show a valid ID and sign the petition in front of us. We also take a picture of the ID in front of the petition in case your competition tries to challenge the signature. If you are going to be knocked off the ballot, it won't be because of your notarized petition sheets.

If we see your campaign making mistakes, we will gladly offer free suggestions to improve your odds of getting on the ballot.

We also only work with one candidate per race so make sure to book us before your opponents do.

Our 3 notary stamps have been used in dozens of campaigns and are Illinois legal. If you need 1 notary or all 3 for your campaign signature gathering event, we are ready and available!
