A huge thank you to the Chicago Auto Show for allowing us to be the recipient of thousands of pounds of canned and dry goods collected from their food drive! We appreciate the support, and the variety of options for the community.

We love the communities we serve and we will continue to support everyone the best we can. In 2022 we had provided 88 holiday meals. In 2023 we provided 1,000! Thanks to the Greater Chicago Food Depository and Timberland for your support!

We are extremely proud of the work we do here at Above and Beyond Free Food Pantry each and every day for the Garfield Park/North Lawndale, and surrounding communities in Chicago's West Side. We had a great interview with ABC 7 a couple of weeks ago regarding our food rescue efforts. Our segment aired several times the week of New Years. It meant so much to our clients; as we are often forgotten about in this area and over looked when applying for resources designated for this community; which can be discouraging. Today God showed us that we need to only keep pushing. There are eyes from all over the country watching us, and that help is on the way. The suffering in our community is at an all time high so its imperative that we do ALL things possible to shed light on North Lawndale/Garfield Park any way that we can. We need to address the root causes of food insecurity in our community and to do that, we offer more than just-food. We also provide assistance with the following:
