Our members were out there knocking on doors to find witnesses for this horrific murder. The fault lies on former Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx who failed to bring charges to this murderer. Kim Foxx’s office declined to charge Joseph “Troubles” Matos, citing insufficient evidence. Federal prosecutors later charged him in National Guardsman Chrys Carvajal’s killing. His family deserves answers, accountability and justice.

The feds are looking for Joseph "Troubles" Matos, 44, a purported member of the Milwaukee Kings street gang. The reward for his capture was also raised to $1 million.
