Thank you Alderwoman Taylor for endorsing me and my campaign for Local Police District Council Member - 3rd District.
We will need the Alderwoman's help to improve our communities involvement, enable people to determine community control of the police, and develop community alternatives to policing.
District Council Members will improve community involvement by centering, enabling, and facilitating community voice in policing.
District Council Members will enable people to determine community control of the police, their practices, and their policies to end police brutality, eliminate discriminatory practices, and seek justice for families that have been harmed by the police.
District Council Members will develop community alternatives to policing by expanding restorative justice practices, reducing racist surveillance programs, and supporting services for mental health.
