Vida/SIDA is High Impact Prevention that aims at addressing the needs of the Latinx and African American LGBTQ Community. Programs focus on community engagement, recognizing self-pride, building relationships amongst peers, and discusses HIV prevention strategies, safer sex practices, and HIV/STI Testing and Counseling.

The Cacica & Cacique Coronation is a 20-year tradition centering LGBTQ+ leaders in one of our community's most beloved celebrations. This year's honorees embody the advocacy, service and resilience that make our community stronger:
👑 Cacica Lluvia Ramirez – Veteran HIV prevention advocate and trans health leader
👑 Cacique Robert Alexis Rivera Rivera – Intensive care nurse and performer who embodies service and inclusion
🏳️‍⚧️ Honorary Cacica Esmeralda "Maya" Lozano – Mexican trans woman and 13-year PRCC staff member whose life's work has transformed the Latine trans community
🏳️‍🌈 Honorary Cacique Dr. Wilfred Labiosa – Puerto Rican scholar, Founder of Waves Ahead and advocate with 35 years of work on behalf of LGBTQ+ and elder communities across the Americas
