"We are working to build a statewide culture of diversion, where diversion is no longer seen as an 'alternative' or a 'special project,' but as a pillar of the Illinois justice system," Delrice Adams, ICJIA's Executive Director.
Thanks to the Adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI) Board and ICJIA's ARI team for their vision and continued support.

Housing should be a human right, not a hurdle.
Yesterday, Executive Director Adams and Assistant Deputy Director Dr. Lewis-McCoy met with fellow justice warriors to address this issue.
We are breaking the mold and building partnerships that keep families together, providing justice-impacted mothers with the resources needed to thrive.
