Sunday March 29th - Milwaukee Baseball day Trip Join us on a bus trip to watch the White Sox beat the Brewers at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! Coolers are welcome on the bus for the 90 min ride each way. Tickets are $26.00 each, we have a bus with a restroom that will leave from Kellys Tavern at 10:30am ($20 for the bus) and CVA will cover a portion as well. We will head back after the game and return to Kellys Tavern, and they will have pizza for everyone when we return around 5:30/6:00. If you want tickets, please contact Margaret Gach at 312-805-1020 or [email protected] if you would like to go. We have 60 tickets available, so get your orders in.

Also, you can get tickets and get there on your own if you don't want to take the bus.

PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDERS NEED TO BE IN BY THURSDAY, MARCH 12th, payment is due to CVA by the 20th.

Call to Members: John “Jack” Burns passed away. Jack is a United States Army Veteran and Long time member of the CVA. CVRA & CVA will say prayers at 1800 Hours (6:00PM) tonight, all members are welcome to pay respects. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jack, his family and friends. "This We'll Defend"

Services: McInerney Central Chapel, 4635 S. Wallace, Chicago, IL 60609 on Friday, March 6, 2026 from 3-8pm. Funeral Saturday, March 7, 2026 with chapel prayers at 9:15 am at the funeral home to St. Gabriel Church, 600 west 45th St. Chicago, IL 60609 for a 10 am Mass of Christian Burial.
