Our seniors at Villa Guadalupe and the South Chicago Salud Center are staying strong and active. Thanks to Regal Health, monthly group physical therapy sessions help improve mobility, strength, and confidence. Last month’s focus on fall prevention gave seniors practical tips, exercises, and guidance on using walkers safely to support everyday independence.

• Saving with purpose
• Credit & borrowing
• Goal‑setting strategies

We’re excited to share that we’ve been selected by the Chicago Department of Planning and Development as a corridor lead for the new Commercial Corridor Storefront Activation Program, launching April 2026 🎉

This program will provide capital improvement funds and business support services to current and aspiring business and property owners located along:

📍 E 92nd St (S Harbor Ave – S Exchange Ave)
📍 S Commercial Ave (89th St – 93rd St)
📍 E 91st St (S Exchange Ave – S Houston Ave)
