Michelle Obama and Governor Pat Quinn signing the Military Family Licensing Act into law. The law provides military spouses greater portability for their professional licenses - helping them get jobs quickly when they come to Illinois.

The First Lady has been a tremendous advocate of job portability for military spouses.
