Reminder that our monthly coffee hour is next Thursday, June 4 from 11am-12pm! Join us for coffee, light snacks, and a conversation with support from licensed social workers. No prior registration is needed.

At the beginning of the month we hosted teams from Fifth Third Bank to volunteer with us in honor of their 5/3rd day. We are grateful to have partners that dig deep and lock arms with us to support our community. Plus they're right around the corner!

As we close out on a long weekend for Memorial Day, may we remember and honor the individuals who have dedicated their lives to serve our country. We wish everyone a safe and fun Memorial Day spent with loved ones!

Good news! We received a grant from SC Johnson, A Family Company on to support our mission and increase food access for our neighbors. Their generosity allows us to provide 4,500 meals for guests, at such a critical time when our community needs us now more than ever before. Thank you SC Johnson!

This year our 𝗜 𝗔𝗺 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 turns 15! Save the date for the party of the year on 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮 𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. Expect an even bigger and better celebration of our community and the work we do to support our neighbors as we commemorate this milestone.

Earlier this month, U.S. Senator Dick Durbin stopped by for a visit to chat with guests, learn first hand how recent SNAP changes are impacting people, and understand the upcoming biggest challenges. As gas and food prices continue to soar and the housing shortage remains, losing access to this critical social safety net program will be detrimental for many of our neighbors. We are honored to have welcomed the Senator and to have had these important conversations with him.
