PCDAC's Board of Directors is committed to fulfill charitable and community development covenants, by providing benevolent services for those who have social, economic and spiritual needs. PCDAC currently offers a Custodial and Building Maintenance Training, Basic Computer Training, Life Skills Training, Job Placement Program and Affordable Housing.
