1. Intro to Mezcal with Lucy Pistolas: June 5 from 7-9 pm
Join Platform 47 on June 5 for a free introductory Mezcal class featuring Lucy Pistolas, a woman-owned Mezcal brand. Guests will enjoy a sip-and-learn experience led by visiting bartender and educator Linda Sullivan of Seyna Secreto, exploring the history, traditions and flavors behind this iconic spirit. Free to attend!
2. Open Mic Series Launch: June 17 from 7-9 pm
Calling all musicians, poets, storytellers, comedians, and creatives! Platform 47 is launching a new monthly Open Mic Series on the third Wednesday of every month. While performances will primarily be in English and Spanish, artists of all languages and backgrounds are encouraged to share their work.

Join The Long Room for their 2nd Annual Do Good Drag Brunch on Sunday, June 14, benefiting Trans Lifeline , an organization run by the trans community, for the trans community that provides emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis.
Hosted by the Long Room's very own Malheurt (left) and Rah Rah Girl, this event is all about showing up, celebrating community and doing some good along the way.
Fundraiser begins at 11am. Show starts at 12 pm and ends at 3 pm. Can't make brunch? Keep the giving going by joining for Do Good After Dark on Monday, June 15 from 6-10 pm.
