Stay healthy this barbecue season with these food safety tips: Don’t leave food out for more than two hours. Refrigerate leftovers right away so that the internal temperature reaches 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below within six hours. Don’t take chances with your health! If you don’t know how long food has been sitting around, toss it out.

On Tuesday, May 19 Jesse Brown Veterans Affairs Medical Center honored two centenarian Veterans during a ceremony to honor their service and their 100th birthday.
