Il y a 35 ans, le film emblématique Thelma et Louise de Ridley Scott était présenté en avant-première mondiale à Cannes, le 20 mai 1991. Aujourd'hui, Geena Davis et Susan Sarandon reviennent en héroïnes de l'affiche officielle.

Ces deux combattantes inoubliables ont renversé la table et fait voler en éclats quelques stéréotypes cinématographiques et politiques ; elles ont incarné la liberté absolue et l’amitié indéfectible ; elles ont montré la voie de l’émancipation quand elle devient vitale. S’en souvenir aujourd’hui, c’est célébrer le chemin parcouru, sans pour autant ignorer celui qu’il reste à faire.

W dniach 6–8 grudnia 2024 w siedzibie Akademia Muzyki Paso i The Society For Arts uczestniczyliśmy w wyjątkowym wydarzeniu łączącym magię muzyki, filmu, historii i sztuki.
Ogromne podziękowania dla Tomka Starteka - Tom Startek za organizację tego niezapomnianego weekendu! Koncert Grażyny Auguścik z muzyką Krzysztofa Komedy, filmy Pawła Wysoczańskiego – „Mensch” o Ludwiku Hirszfeldzie i „Jurek” o Jerzym Kukuczce – oraz inspirujące rozmowy z reżyserem i Prof. Dr Markiem Rudnickim, Zbyszkiem Banasiem, a także wystawa plakatów filmowych Romana Polańskiego z prywatnej kolekcji Tomka Starteka- za to wszystko dziękujemy!
