Division of Real Estate Director Laurie Murphy had the honor of presenting at the annual Legal, Ethical, & Professional Landscape in Real Estate event hosted by the Association of South Asian Real Estate Professionals (ASARP) on Friday, May 29.
During her presentation, Director Murphy highlighted Section 15-15 of the Real Estate Act, emphasizing the fiduciary duties of real estate professionals and prioritizing the best interests of the client as the north star of every transaction.
