Don’t Miss Hospitality Hires Chicago 2026!

Thursday - May 28 - 9am to 3pm - at The Palmer House

This multi-industry hiring event connects employers across diverse sectors with qualified career seekers. Through The Partnership’s collective network, the event engages employers spanning hospitality, clean energy, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and other high-demand industries.

This one means alot to share.

I established the Keniece Y. Gray Career Development & Education Fund with the Cleveland Foundation and am now raising funds for it. After being reminded about the importance and intentionality of early giving at the Foundation's Black Philanthropy Summit, I knew it was time to put things I’ve been working on into practice.

I started this fund because I know firsthand what a difference it makes to have access to have the tools, information, and support to actually use it, and I've witnessed others develop in extraordinary ways with this type of support. That's what I want to help create for students and early-career professionals, especially those from Greater Cleveland or committed to building up the region.

It's about multiplying opportunities. Access matters — and so does all that comes after that.

I've made my initial contribution to get things started. I'm looking for others who are already in this work — or ready to support it — people who believe that investing in students and early-career professionals is one of the most worthwhile things we can do together.
