McKinley Community Play Garden

Last weekend was our 5th Oktoberfest and the weather was perfect! The night started with live music from Amateur Samurai, ended with a DJ and a sing a long from our talented community. We raised $3,797, the most we have ever raised! These funds will go towards maintaining the park and our free family events.

So grateful to our volunteers that helped put together this successful event!

Join N4EJ for their final Neighbors in Nature event, their annual Community Dinner Celebration on Saturday, 10/3 at the McKinley Community Play Garden from 4:00-7:00pm!

N4EJ describes their dinner: "Each year, we think of the dinner as an opportunity to honor and celebrate the community built and strengthened throughout the series. We invite you to wear clothes swapped for or patched at our Community Coffee Chat, sing along to songs once sung at Making and Movement, or take one final opportunity to engage at the Community Loom! We are so proud of the series we have made together, and we hope you join us in celebrating its close ."
