NWVU STAND DOWN TO STAND UP FOR OUR SISTERS

Women veterans are invited to access a wide range of essential services and resources in a welcoming environment, free of charge.

Attendees can expect:
- Access to Services: Representatives from the VA, state and local veteran affairs departments, and community partners will provide information on specific services, programs, and benefits related to healthcare, housing, employment, education, and more.
- Essential Supplies: Tangible support such as clothing, hygiene kits, shoes, and food and addressing immediate needs.
- Camaraderie and Sisterhood: A sense of community, connection among women veterans and a safe space for "Sister Veterans" to share experiences, build relationships, and feel supported.
- Empowerment and Recognition: Empowering women veterans, recognizing their service and sacrifices, and ensuring their voices are heard.

I've attached a copy of the flyer for The 2018 Climbing Higher Women's Empowerment Conference and below is the link for registration. I have created a special ticket for guests who want to attend and purchase a ticket for a female veteran. When a guest purchases a regular Early bird ticket, they have the option to also purchase a 1/2 price ticket for a female veteran. They should click on the ticket titled "Early bird + Veteran".
