The same leadership we had in 2023, with the record death toll, are still in power today. We need new leadership to fix the broken system; people should not be dying in Cook County jails due to delayed medical care. This November, vote Brad Sandefur for Sheriff and Michael Murphy for Cook County Board President

A resolution calling for a review is scheduled for a vote Tuesday in the Health and Hospitals Committee of the Cook County Board of Commissioners. Advocates, elected officials and faith leaders say a historic 2023 death toll underscores the need for third-party oversight.

Our candidate for Cook County Board President, Michael Murphy, and our candidate for Cook County Assessor, Nico, were out hitting the streets today at the Chicago Labor Day Parade!

They spent the day talking with residents and reminding voters to cast their ballots for them on November 3rd.

Had a great time at the 4900 Block of Iowa Annual Block Party!

It was great meeting neighbors, talking with families, and spending time with the community. Thanks to everyone who helped put the event together and made it such a great evening.

Strong neighborhoods start with neighbors coming together. I’m glad I could be a part of it!
