INTERESTED IN A 50% REIMBURSEMENT FOR WAGES OR TRAINING COSTS? Technology & Manufacturing Association and the Alliance for Industry and Manufacturing team up to help local companies.
In partnership with the Technology & Manufacturing Association, the Alliance for Industry and Manufacturing has been awarded a $500,000 federal workforce grant through the Illinois Department of Commerce. The purpose of these grant funds is to help Illinois companies offset the training costs of newly hired workers using on-the-job training or upgrading the skills of their existing workers through incumbent worker training programs.
Please feel free to contact us as we would be happy to sit down with you to determine if your company is eligible to receive 50% wage reimbursement (new employees) or 50% reimbursement of eligible training costs (incumbent workers) under our current grant.
