Ana is a young community organizer and college studen recovering from a traumatic brain injury following a life-altering car accident. Because Illinois Medicaid does not cover the therapies they need, Ana’s family must pay for this essential care out of pocket.

Join us at Long Room Chicago on Monday, August 10, from 6:00 to 10:00 PM. Twenty percent of all sales will support Ana’s Recovery Fund, and the evening will include a silent auction and updates from their family.

I had a great time marching alongside other LGBTQ+ officials in the Chicago Pride Parade. I’m running to become the first LGBTQ+ commissioner ever to serve District 10, and to make sure Cook County remains a sanctuary for people to find safety and acceptance.
