A Landmark Revitalized

Cook County Hospital is a piece of Chicago history, renowned for its striking architecture and contributions to modern medicine. Now, the long vacant structure is being reborn as a 13-acre modern mixed-use development, with 210 hotel rooms and 25,000 square feet of divisible retail space, as well as the new Cook County Health and Hospitals System offices.

And this main building renovation is just the beginning. Over the next 5 years, we’ll build contemporary residential spaces all around the hospital, as well as a brand new medical office building with 31,000 square foot floorplates. The result?
