You have to either be registered to vote in Cook County or be attending a College/University in Cook County in order to qualify.

Early Voting is Underway for the 2020 March Primary
You don’t have to wait until March 17 to cast a ballot in the state’s primary election. Early voting began Wednesday at the city’s downtown “super site” and dozens more will follow.
