🚨 ALERT: Anti-abortion politicians are coming after state shield laws. Alabama, Arkansas, and Louisiana are suing abortion providers and blue states to cut off telehealth abortion care. Medication abortion makes up 2/3 of all abortions in the U.S. When extremists realized overturning Roe didn’t stop care, they decided to attack the legal protections that keep doctors safe when prescribing medication to patients in need.

Anti-abortion politicians believe that by putting up walls around abortions, people won’t get them. But that’s just not true. Abortion bans don’t stop abortions—they just create unnecessary barriers around receiving safe and accessible health care. This means later treatment for life-threatening situations, more expensive coverage for those treatments, and sometimes even death.
