🚨ALEX FIRE STATION ANNUAL COMMUNITY DINNER!🚨

We are less than 1 month out from our annual community dinner! Come out and join us for some great food, great people, and a strong community! We’ll be serving up smoked brisket and chicken strips with all the fixings, and we’d love to see everyone there!

All proceeds will go toward supporting the Alex Fire Station and helping us continue serving our community.

We will be doing a raffle for a $1000 gift card to tacti-cool guns ammo and gear in Chickasha! Tickets will be sold by the firefighters so be sure to contact someone on the department to get your tickets!

We will have some sweet door prizes as well! More information on these will come in near future!

October is FIRE PREVENTION month, our Pocasset Station spent the morning with the elementary kiddos teaching Fire Safety and Prevention.

Everyone remember to check your batteries in your smoke detectors!

October is FIRE PREVENTION Month. Our Alex station presented the Smoke House and Safety and Fire Prevention to the elementary today at Alex Schools.

GCFD Pioneer Station is responding to a mutual aid request to assist CADDO County with a large grass fire. Please watch for emergency vehicles en route

2:25 pm UPDATE: Farwell and Ninnekah Stations paged to assist

3:20 pm UPDATE: All GCFD Units are clear off this fire and in route back to their stations

Even though we are no longer in a COUNTY WIDE BURN BAN at this time, please remember to use caution when burning outside. ALSO, if you are planning a CONTROLLED BURN, please call them in prior to the burn 405-224-0984. That way we don't waste resources getting to them unless you need us. Then, of course, we will be there, just dial 911
