B-Line is changing transit networks in Chico and Oroville, and we need the public's input via our current survey!

We're halfway through our survey window and still want to hear from more Chico and Oroville residents. Anyone living or working in Butte County is encouraged to participate. Take a few minutes to share your thoughts on the future of local transit. There is even space in the survey for you to write detailed responses.

Not a current B-Line user? Let us know what would encourage you to hop on a bus.

Not a user but have a family member, co-worker or friend that is? Let us know what an improvement to their experience would be or get them to fill out the survey with you.

In observance of the Labor Day holiday, B-Line services will not be operating on Monday, 9/7/26. This includes PLUS paratransit and FLEX microtransit services. The B-Line/Transdev office and the Chico Transit Center will be closed.

The BCAG Office will also be closed in observance of the holiday. Call (530) 342-0221 for more information.

FYI - roadwork in downtown Chico starts next week. This should not effect B-Line Transit service. Please call (530)342-0221 with any questions. Caltrans District 3

Temporary traffic signal outages are scheduled next week as crews replace aging traffic signal controller cabinets at five downtown Chico intersections. Work is scheduled to begin Monday, July 27, and is expected to continue for up to five working days.

B-Line Transit is upgrading its fare equipment to serve you better. Paper passes are being phased out. By this summer, all buses will have new fareboxes.

What this means for you:
Paper passes will no longer work

Big changes coming to B-Line - Fare equipment upgrades! We're upgrading our fare equipment to serve you better. Old paper passes WITHOUT QR codes are being phased out this summer.
