π SOCIAL WORKERS GIVE SO MUCH β BUT THEY CANβT DO IT ALONE.
Every day, child welfare social workers show up for children and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. They advocate, coordinate services, support foster families, respond to crises, attend meetings, complete documentation, and work tirelessly to help children find safety and stability.
But the demands of this work can take a serious toll.
High caseloads, staffing shortages, emotional exhaustion, and burnout continue to impact social workers across the country.
And this is where foster families can make a difference, too. π
When more safe, stable, supportive foster homes are available, children have greater opportunities for consistency and connection β and social workers have more families partnering alongside them to meet the needs of children in care.
Becoming a foster parent means joining a TEAM committed to helping children heal, grow, and build brighter futures.
π Provide stability.
π Support children and families.
π€ Partner with social workers.
π± Help children heal.
β¨ Strengthen your community.
Our social workers are doing their part. We need families willing to do theirs.
Could you open your heart and home to a child who needs you?
